DUTCH WINE
Our connection to the development of the Netherlands as one of the upcoming (?) wine countries is the work of Frits W. Bosch.
In 1967, Frits took the initiative to start a small vineyard on the Mount Saint Peter (Sint Pietersberg) in the South of the Netherlands. Today, this is seen as the oldest vineyard of the Netherlands, with many to follow.
The small yearly yield of white wine has been marketed under the brandname Slavante.
