Why I started this Blog?

Hi, you might wonder, why would someone start a blog about management, a topic that has almost been written to death? 

There are not so many topics that have given so much opportunity to earn money writing books, providing training and education, producing methodologies, tools and doing coaching and mentoring. Not to forget, the thousands of websites covering the above, mostly trying to lure you into buying their product, book, training, whitepaper, etc.

Whilst there is so much to find about this topic, I still feel that many of my pragmatic thinking (in Dutch "boerenslimheid") is simply overshadowed by the sheer amount of data available. Also, if you read thru my blogs you will notice that most will give you the "oh yeah, of course! Sounds logical!" awareness. And that is what I want to achieve! 

Life is already complex enough. By giving you some simple ingredients to make your middle management life easier I create a double win!
